- Project/load details: the service you are interested in (gravel, dirt, asphalt, or concrete transport), and a description of the material, pickup and drop-off locations, and desired timeline;
- Owner-operator inquiries: information you choose to provide if you indicate you are an owner-operator interested in working with us;
- Communications: records of calls, emails, and text messages you exchange with us;
- Technical information: standard web log data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, which may be collected automatically through the Site or its hosting platform.
3. Why and How We Collect Your Information
We collect information directly from you when you voluntarily submit it through our Contact Us / Get a Quote form, by phone, by email, or by text message. We collect this information because we need it to respond to your quote or hauling request, coordinate scheduling and dispatch with owner-operators, evaluate owner-operator applications, and otherwise operate our brokerage business. We also automatically collect limited technical information (such as IP address and browser type) when you visit the Site, in order to maintain and improve the Site’s performance and security.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to quote requests and general inquiries;
- Match shippers with available owner-operators and coordinate hauling logistics;
- Communicate with you by phone, email, or text message (SMS) about your request, scheduling, or an active or prospective load, consistent with Part III below;
- Evaluate and onboard owner-operators;
- Maintain business records, invoicing, and compliance with applicable transportation and brokerage regulations;
- Improve and maintain the Site; and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
5. How We Share Your Information
Consumer information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
We do not sell your personal information. Aside from the limited circumstances below, we do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information:
- With owner-operators or carriers as needed to coordinate a specific haul or quote you have requested;
- With service providers who help us operate the Site, host our data, process forms, or send communications on our behalf (for example, our website host, CRM, or SMS/email platform), under obligations to protect your information and to use it only to provide services to us;
- If required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Elevated Colorado, our customers, or others; and

Text messaging originator opt-in data and mobile phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are NOT shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See Part III for full SMS terms.
